I used Best Reception for 2 years during a particularly busy period when my location-based Reception was unable to use Cliniko as I moved away from a paper-based diary. Knowing someone would answer the telephone quickly, reliably and make bookings on my diary accurately while I was busy with patients was reassuring and took a load of stress off me. Any issues that arose were minor, quickly resolved with the team managers, communication was great. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - great service & good value for money.

Here at Best Reception, we combine knowledge and experience with the latest call-handling software. This means our customers can rest assured that we will never answer their calls in the name of another business. We do this by assigning your company a unique divert number, so there is a line which is only used by your business. This means no calls from another company can accidentally use your line. When a call comes through, our software informs the receptionists of the company details so no mistakes can be made.

We believe that businesses in any sector can benefit from a professional call answering service. Whether you are a trades person who is busy working on site all day, or a large operation receiving hundreds of sales calls per day – we can design a solution for you. Yes you can retain your existing telephone number and phone provider. However, if you prefer, we can also provide a new number (local or national) should you wish.

Yes. We understand that you might prefer to use a regional phone number, as your customers may trust a local business rather than an anonymous mobile number. We can arrange a regional code from anywhere in the UK, which can also free up your mobile number for personal calls.

‘There is a small one-off admin fee,  for a permanent divert to a UK number of your choice. (Exclusions may apply.)

Of course, our flexible service allows you to choose who receives your calls. For example, if you know that you will be unavailable all day, we can simply divert your calls to your staff. Some of our clients prefer that Best Reception acts as a first point of call for all their customer queries. This means calls are screened and appointments made by our team, meaning that only the most important calls are put through to you.

Yes you can, we work on a rolling monthly contract which can be terminated with two months’ notice (starting from the end of that calendar month). We have a fixed notice period as it enables us to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Our initial, FREE trial periods usually last two weeks and carry no obligation, so you can choose to simply walk away when they end. If you decide to go ahead with our services, we never charge a separate set-up fee. We are always confident that once a client experiences our phone answering service, they will be happy to continue without interruption.
