Case Study 6: Telephone Answering service to take bookings

For one of our clients, who are a Natural health clinic based in Newcastle, we have access to their diary and book in their appointments. Using a diary on Outlook, we have been given the user name and password allowing us to book appointments as if we were based in their clinic. We also perform many other services for the clinic that a receptionist based there would do. For example, when we have booked in clients, we email them over confirmation of the booking from the clinic email’s address. We also perform daily reminders for clients booked in, ensuring that no appointment is missed. We call the client two days before their appointment is due.
