To OUR clients: Every customer is assigned an Account Manager who will get to know their company and needs. The Account Manager will also provide a single point of contact to ensure the smooth running and management of your service.
To YOUR callers: By embracing technology in such a way that the technology is invisible to the end user, we will ensure that from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 830am to 530pm on Saturdays, your callers always speak to a friendly person - never a machine!
